Overview
KRCC installs GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) lining — a layer of GRP applied to the surface of concrete tanks to protect them from corrosion, leaks and other damage. It forms a barrier between the concrete and the tank contents, preventing chemical reactions and extending the tank's lifespan.
The concrete surface is first cleaned and roughened for proper adhesion. A layer of resin mixed with glass fibres is then applied and cured, creating a strong, impermeable lining that withstands a variety of chemicals and conditions — a cost-effective way to protect concrete tanks for the long term.
